Virtual Nursing Academy Terms and Conditions for Purchaser

The agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser ("Purchaser") and the Virtual Nursing Academy ("Academy").   

By paying and registering for the Academy or its subscription products, the Purchaser agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.   

Registration is for the individual(s) (not the organization) and purchasers/participants may not invite non-enrolled colleagues to attend in the absence of a paid participant.

The Virtual Nursing Academy does not guarantee the successful implementation of a virtual nursing program within your organization.   

Participant Ground Rules & Expectations 

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the participant ("Participant") and the Virtual Nursing Academy ("Academy").   

The security of access credentials is the responsibility of the Participant.

Registered participants may not share sign-on and password information with non-registered individuals.   

Continuing education units for the Academy Program will be provided after the completion of each module with submission of required exercises.   

There is an expectation that participants will not share any course materials outside of the course. 

The likeness or image of registered participants may be used online for advertising or promotional purposes.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Purchaser and the Virtual Nursing Academy regarding the virtual nursing program and its subscription products and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.
